When you register with the Company and/or this Site, you expressly consent to receive any notices, announcements, agreements, disclosures, reports, documents, communications concerning new products or services, or other records or correspondence from the Company. You consent to receive notices electronically by way of transmitting the notice to you by email.

If you send comments or suggestions about the Site to the Company, including, but not limited to, notes, text, drawings, images, designs or computer programs, such submissions shall become, and shall remain, the sole property of the Company. No submission shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of the Company. The Company shall exclusively own all rights to (including intellectual property rights thereto), and shall be entitled to unrestricted use, publication, and dissemination as to all such submissions for any purpose, commercial or otherwise without any acknowledgment or compensation to you.

Program Rules

7. To become a member of the cash.cafe private referral group (Cash Cafe), the following requirements must be satisfied.

   a) The user must be 18 years of age or older.

   b) The user must be referred by a current member.

   c)  The user must pay the entire level access fee.

   d) The user must receive a link, User name, and password to be able to access the Cash Cafe 

        members area.

   e)  You must adhere to our refund policy and process all refunds that qualify under section 13 of this  

         document.

8. Once a member has paid to join a level of Cash Café, he/she will have access to the following:

1. The member dashboard for the specific level that was purchased.
2. The ability to refer 3 members. The first referral pays the Cash Café Admin. The 2nd and 3rd referrals pay the referring member directly.
3. A knowledgebase module that corresponds to that level.

9. Once a member has paid to join a level of Cash Café, he/she will be required to fulfill the following responsibilities in order to maintain a membership in good standing.

1. The user must create a Paypal Payment portal.
2. The user must become familiar with all of the information in the corresponding level knowledgebase module.
3. The user must use e-mail, voice calls, text messages, in-person meetings, or any type of communication to discuss the material contained in the knowledgebase module with the two referrals that made direct payments to him/her.

10. After a member has referred 3 people to Cash Café, his/her ability to participate in this level shall be terminated. He/she will not be able to refer any more members until another payment is made. It is possible to buy into the next level in the sequence and beginning referring people at the newly attained level. If he/she would like to refer more people at a previously completed level, another payment will need to be paid and the process can start again. There are no limits to the number of times a person can join, refer three people and join again on each level. The only requirement is the completion of all previous levels. For example, you can’t join at the $640 before you have completed the $20 level.

11. If you proceed thru all of the levels, you should eventually have $10,240 in your possession. SVP does not guarantee you will make this amount or any money at all. If for whatever reason you do not receive this amount, SVP will not reimburse you or compensate you in any way.

12. Cash Café is intended to be a personal referral group. This means you should first try to find people you personally are familiar with to join. If you can’t find 3 people to refer in your person network, you can branch out. You are free to promote Cash Café as you wish, but there are some restrictions:

a) You cannot use violent, racist, obscene imagery, words, or depictions to promote Cash Café.

b) You cannot make false promises or representations to entice people to join Cash Café.

c) You cannot give Cash Café memberships away as part of other promotions or as bonuses for other purchases.

Refund Policy

13. Due to the dynamic nature of Cash Café, the only payment that can be refunded is the introductory level payment ($5). You have 72 hours after your Paypal payment has been processed to request a refund. You must request a refund from the individual that you paid. SVP is not involved in member to member payments at all. Your right to a refund is forfeited if you make ANY referrals at the introductory level.

14. The Company shall use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict unauthorized access to our data and files. However no system whether or not password protected can be entirely impenetrable. You acknowledge that it may be possible for an unauthorized third party to access, view, copy, modify, or distribute the data and files you store using the Site. Use of the Site is completely at your own risk.

15. The Company will not intentionally disclose any personally identifying information about you to third parties, except where the Company, in good faith, believes such disclosure is necessary to comply with the law or enforce these Terms of Use. By using the Site, you signify your acceptance of the Company’s Privacy Policy, http://introtocashcafe.memberportal.io/site/77555/privacy-policy/. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, in whole or part, please do not use this Site.

16.
